My wife always came home smelling of wine and it rolls in her mouth

I have always trusted my wife a lot, because she had never given me any reason to think otherwise, but for some time now, she has always come home later and with the smell of wine and rolls in her mouth... It may be all in my head, and if so, she just hasn't had time to brush her teeth properly during work hours, or she may actually be cheating on me with another man.
