bohrloch is right. I've uploaded al the film that I split in three parts, but the administrators don't upload the videos in order of arrival. Anyway, part 1 and 3 are coming.

I have never submitted anything to this site but my guess would be that once you have submitted your items they go off to a server to be uploaded and this upload processing is not done in strict order of arrival, probably "quick win" short items dealt with first.
